The Board has resolved to fill the vacant position after only one nomination was received for clubs prior to the AGM by appointment. Congratulations to David Kamper who has been appointed for a further 3 year term on the HBPB Swimming Board. David brings to the board a large amount of experience and governance knowledge. He has been a swimming parent, has had considerable involvement at a club level, is a technical referee and has a great understanding of the benefits of swimming for life.
