SWIMMERS IMPRESS AT NZ SECONDARY SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024


It was great to see 54 HBPB swimmers racing at the NZ Secondary School Championships in Auckland in late July. This is a highly competitive meet, but also allows for our swimmers to enjoy racing for their schools. and includes lots of relay events for schools to race each other.

A total of 18 medals were won by 11 swimmers - Paige Franklin (CHB), Millie Skidmore, Evie Skidmore, Sam Skidmore, Phoebe Netlle, Charlotte McLaren (TRO), Braden Turei, Kate Molloy (SUN), Scarlett Botes (NAQ) and Taylor Newman and Holli Macdonald (ENT).
