The SNZ Board have confirmed that from 1st July 2025 all swimmers wanting to compete in meets where more than one club is involved will be required to be a Competitive Swimmer. This means interclub meets, regional championships and national meets and above - as well as time trials. Recreational swimmers wll only be able to race at club nites and club champs where there is only that club involved. 

If you are renewing your membership and want to compete at meets then make sure that you choose the Competitive Swimmer category. Please don;t make any changes until after the 1st July rollover.
